Fixed term contract : 24 months - Envisaged Start Date : January 2021 or earlier

A postdoctoral position in cardiac electrophysiology is available in the research team IIa “Ion channels and cardiac arrhythmias” (team leader Flavien Charpentier).
We are looking for a well-trained and highly motivated young scientist to elucidate the mechanisms of ventricular arrhythmias occurring in the context of the long QT syndrome type 3 and the Brugada syndrome. The postdoctoral fellow will perform studies on cardiomyocytes isolated from knock-in mouse models and cultured cardiomyocytes derived from human induced-pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC).
The position and associated research project is funded by the French National Research Agency (Agence Nationale de la Recherche).
