iPS-derived cardiomyocytes for the in-depth characterization of human variants affecting calcium homeostasis

Michel Ronjat, Michel De Waard

This program aims to understand the pathophysiological bases of calcium homeostasis deregulation.

Taking advantage of our expertise in calcium homeostasis, we exploit our tools derived from maurocalcin - a natural peptide active on the ryanodine receptor - to investigate how it may correct the phenotype of Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia.
